LONDON, 27 November 2018 - Nikki Beach, the first luxury beach club in Barbados, invites guests to ring in the new year in style with a night of tropical elegance. Embracing the brand’s Celebration of Life ethos, guests will experience the best in entertainment, music, dining, fashion, film and art, and will be transported into a tropical oasis of understated opulence.
A spectacular bamboo-lined tunnel will welcome guests into the lively space which has been transformed into a colourful wilderness with ornate mirrors and a gold-leafed throne, bird cages, chandeliers and seasonal flowers, all contrasted with the signature Nikki Beach white lounges and wood panelling. While revelling in the playful scenery, the Nikki Beach Barbados culinary team, led by newly appointed Executive Chef Max Chiomento, will offer an indulgent gastronomical experience that blends the Nikki Beach culinary classics with a tropical Barbadian twist.
In signature Nikki Beach fashion, the evening will feature lively, upbeat musical performances, including Ibiza based singer Natalie Page, world renowned violinist Julio Cuba (a musician at Nikki Beach for over 10 years), resident Nikki Beach Barbados saxophonist Akeem Burke, and local DJ’s including DJ Shawn King and DJ 2lrie. Additional performances and acts will include resident dancers and international DJ Ismael Garcia from Nikki Beach Ibiza, creating a fun-filled atmosphere, as fireworks light up the Caribbean sky at midnight.
Last year’s New Year’s Eve celebration, which marked the official opening of Nikki Beach in Barbados, saw 1,200 Nikki Beach Mojitos consumed, 122 of the brand’s famous sushi boats ordered and 1,800 bottles of champagne popped over the course of evening, capped off with an outstanding display of 150 fireworks. Celebrating their second year in Barbados, the beach club’s highly-anticipated event is set to be a sell-out, with more than half of the restaurant already sold and several VIP sofas booked prior to the start of event promotion.

Partygoers may choose from 10 dinner packages that will be offered at the restaurant, six after-party packages, three VIP after-party packages and two diamond package options for the restaurant and after-party area. Inclusions range from Cristal to Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque.
