PROVIDENCIALES, TURKS AND CAICOS, March 11, 2025 – Beaches Resorts has revealed details about an exciting expansion with the addition of the new Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort. Now accepting reservations, guests can choose from 101 stunning multi-bedroom concierge and butler suites including two, three and four-bedroom luxury accommodation.

The $150 million dollar expansion will elevate the all-inclusive resort’s overall room count to 858 and marks the sixth village addition to the Beaches Turks and Caicos property.

Overlooking a half-mile stretch along the pristine waters of Grace Bay – the 100-acre beachfront Treasure Beach Village will delight guests with an expansive 15,000-square-foot pool that overlooks the sea; fresh new dining concepts, including an on-trend ‘food hall’ style eatery; and new spaces for fun and exploration including a 32-seat cinema – all deeply inspired to create family connection.

“Family time together is life’s greatest treasure, and that philosophy is at the heart of what we’ve set out to create here at Beaches Resorts,” said Executive Chairman, Adam Stewart. The Caribbean is a wonderland and mark my words, this is the place where kids will voluntarily surrender their electronic devices.”

A Seaside Sanctuary, Designed by Nature

Breathtaking ocean views are at the heart of the Treasure Beach Village design. The village’s aesthetic is infused with coastal elegance, from the lobby’s intricately carved ceiling sea garden, featuring turtles and seahorses for kids to gaze up at with wonder, to a local artisan installation made entirely of conch shells. Guest rooms will be adorned with seashell and bird motifs, evoking a sense of serenity and escape.

At the heart of the experience is a gigantic main pool featuring an infinity-edge with uninterrupted, peaceful beach views. Uniquely designed with a natural gradient to mimic the beach, the pool is complete with a footbridge that allows guests to walk across from one side to the other with ease. The pool features three slides, with a mini pool nestled inside and a splash pad perfect for the toddler set. Guests can hang out in ‘coves’ designed for relaxation, where they can also find a swim-up bar with in-pool bar seating and table booths.

Room to Relax, Space to Stay, Views to Savour

Treasure Beach Village will feature several different room categories of suites and villas designed for elevated comfort and style, with families and large groups in mind. A standout addition is the one-of-a-kind Treasure Beach Chairman’s Penthouse Suite, spanning two floors and offering more than 2,800 square feet of interior living space – accommodating guests across three bedrooms. The three-storey Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villasare set on the beachfront and composed of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, welcoming up to 10 guests with a private pool and rooftop deck for sunbathing and stargazing. Home-away-from-home amenities like a washer and dryer, wine cooler, outdoor mini-fridge, outdoor gas hob and more, complete the villa experience.

Rounding out the family-style accommodations are beautifully appointed two- and three-bedroom suites that feature family favourites like modern bunk beds with a trundle, spacious kitchens, and al fresco living rooms drawing the ocean in.

Bites, Beats & Beachside Fun

Treasure Beach Village will also introduce seven exciting new food and beverage concepts, available to all Beaches Turks and Caicos guests. Among them is Butch’s Island Chophouse, making its debut at a Beaches Resort giving a nod to founder, Gordon “Butch” Stewart. Guests can also enjoy the BRÜ coffee bar which will transform into a cocktail bar in the evenings; a swim-up bar with its own snow cone station; and a first across the resort brand, the vibrant Pinta Food Hall featuring global cuisines from fresh tacos and ceviche to dumplings and made-to-order pizza. Beyond dining, the village will offer additional entertainment, including the 32-seat Starfish Cinema, complete with popcorn and refreshments. Sunken social pods will offer inviting spaces for families to unwind.

Beaches Turks and Caicos boasts a 45,000 square-foot Pirates Island Waterpark and other amenities, now totalling 30 specialty dining options and 16 pools. All guests have access to unlimited land and water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, basketball, PADI-certified scuba diving and more. Beaches also offers a complimentary Kids Camp programme for infants through to kids aged 17 run by child-care experts. Kids can participate in activities with their favourite Sesame Street® characters, along with a Kids Scuba Programme and teen-focused entertainment.
