To honor the global hospitality company’s 100th anniversary, some of Hilton’s nearly 150 properties across 25 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America, crafted celebratory cocktails for all to enjoy.  Here are five of them.  Cheers to turning 100!

Hilton Cartagena’s Evolution 1919, named after the year in which the first Hilton opened in Mobley, Texas, is crafted with 12 Year Dictator Rum then clarified into a crystalline cocktail with cinnamon syrup, to symbolize the warmth of hospitality, and fresh pineapple, one of Colombia’s trendiest exports.

Centennial at Hilton Sao Paulo Morumbi pays homage to the pina colada, which was created at the Hilton Caribe in Puerto Rico in 1954, with its own version of the famous drink: pineapple puree, cachaça and coconut foam.

Guests at Hilton Pilar in Pilar, Argentina can sip Mango-Tex, a cocktail inspired by the flavors of Latin America, the colors of the Pilar grasslands and the freshness of the wind that blows in the morning, while enjoying vivid sunsets.  Ingredients: Absolut mango, passion fruit, lime, cinnamon syrup, sugar, tabasco, then garnished with pepperoncino.

The classic Blue Mojito at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan features mint leaves, white rum, blue curacao, club soda and lime.  In making it the trick is to squeeze out the lime juice while allowing the mint to release its oils.

Situated in Argentina’s lemon heartland, Hilton Garden Inn Tucuman created the Tucuman Cocktail, a zesty cocktail that features lemon juice with peanut syrup, almond milk, orange juice, Mulata white rum, cinnamon and almonds.
