Prince George’s first Caribbean holiday
Prince George, who celebrated his first birthday in July, enjoyed his first trip to the Car ibbean earlier this year when his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge took him to Mustique via St Lucia. Kate flew 8,500 miles on a British Airways 747 with her sixmonth-old son to stay with her parents and brother James at the Aurora villa.
Kate also visited Mustique, a favourite hideaway of the Queen’s late sister Princess Margaret, early in her pregnancy.
The Middletons were there to celebrate the birthday of little George’s gran Carole, 59. Dad William stayed at home to continue studying agricultural management at Cambridge University.
George, who is third in line to the throne, will have to get used to extensive long-haul travel.
